High mast lighting is a type of site light fixture that is commonly
used to illuminate large areas from a very high mounting height for
storage, transportation, and pedestrian use and safety.
High mast fixtures are typically mounted on poles 40 feet to 150
feet tall, with four to 16 fixtures mounted on each pole.
This type of outdoor lighting is often used by municipalities,
ports, municipal authorities, and in parking lots of large venues
such as stadiums and sports facilities.
Energy Costs
Common (HID) lamp wattages used for conventional high mast fixtures
range from 400 watts to 2,000 watts.
The higher the wattage the higher the light output. The function of
the area being illuminated, combined with the quantity, spacing,
and mounting height of the light fixtures play a role in the
existing wattages that are utilized.
A few 1000w or 2000w high pressure sodium high mast lights (very
common wattages for existing high mast lighting) can cost up to
$6,300 and $12,500. respectively. to operate per year, in electricity costs alone.

Razorlux has very strict Quality Control System, from checking and
evaluation of incoming materials to
the delivery of products, each item will be checked and tested for
several times.
Quality Control - Testing Equipments:
For every piece of Razorlux 200 Watt LED Flood Light are tested in
different procedures.
No. 1: Extreme temperature testing to make sure the lamps work
stably and standardly under extreme temperature environment. (-40
to 60 degree)
No. 2: Anti-Corrosion and IP67 Waterproof Testing, to make sure the
products are working well even undern corrosive and Wetting
environment.
No. 3 & 4: Dark Room for testing IES files and other Photometric
datas.
Quality Control - Aging Department: For every piece of Razorlux Genius™ LED Lights, they will be aged
for at least 72 hours before shipment
to make sure of their long term and stable performances within
lifetime.
