Abstract
High mast lighting systems deliver large area illumination for
stadiums and athletic fields,
roadways and interchanges, parking lots, airport aprons, freight
terminals, and industrial facilities.
Lighting Performance
Depending on the type of HID lamp your facility utilizes, the
performance characteristics of your existing high mast lighting can
vary significantly.
For example, if you are using metal halide lamps you may see light
that is whiter, but these types of lamps tend to have accelerated
lumen degradation,
meaning the light output of the lamps decrease quickly after
initial install, and as a result the overall lifetime of the lamp
decreases (we have all seen those high mast fixtures
that have “pink” lamps that are barely providing any illumination
on the ground).
If you are using high pressure sodium you may see longer “useful”
life as these lamps see less lumen degradation than metal halide,
but their fuel structure produces a very “orange” light with a very
low color rendering index.
So basically you trade a longer life for a poorer quality light, in
regards to visual perspective with HPS.

at the moment we have 15° 20° 40° 60° 120° 140°beam angle available.
Razorlux has very strict Quality Control System, from checking and
evaluation of incoming materials to
the delivery of products, each item will be checked and tested for
several times.
Quality Control - Testing Equipments:
For every piece of Razorlux 200 Watt LED Flood Light are tested in
different procedures.
No. 1: Extreme temperature testing to make sure the lamps work
stably and standardly under extreme temperature environment. (-40
to 60 degree)
No. 2: Anti-Corrosion and IP67 Waterproof Testing, to make sure the
products are working well even undern corrosive and Wetting
environment.
No. 3 & 4: Dark Room for testing IES files and other Photometric
datas.
Quality Control - Aging Department: For every piece of Razorlux Genius™ LED Lights, they will be aged
for at least 72 hours before shipment
to make sure of their long term and stable performances within
lifetime.
